Terms of Service
Last updated 13 October 2026
1. Who you are agreeing with
These terms are an agreement between you and Hajir, based in Australia ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
2. What the service does
You upload a CV and we extract it into structured data, set it through one of our CV templates, and let you refine it by chatting with an AI. Every AI change is saved as a new version, so you can step back and forward through your history. You can also create applications tailored to a job and write cover letters.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 16. If you are under 18 you may use the service only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
- You sign in without a password, with a link sent to your email or with Google. Keep your email account secure: anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.
- One account is for one person. Do not share it.
4. Your content
Your CV and everything you add to it remain yours. You give us a licence to store, process and transmit your content, including sending it to the AI providers we use, but only so that we can provide the service to you.
You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload. If your CV contains other people's details, such as referees, you must have their permission to include them.
5. AI output
The AI can be wrong and can invent things. Read everything it writes before you send it to an employer, and correct anything that is not true. We do not guarantee that using the service will get you an interview or a job. Do not use it to misrepresent your experience or qualifications.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for anything unlawful;
- upload other people's personal information without the right to do so;
- abuse, scrape or reverse engineer the service;
- try to get around credit limits, the paywall or any other control;
- use automated means to make bulk use of the service.
7. Plans and credits
AI actions use credits. The Free plan includes 3 credits each calendar month. On the Free plan, all credits, including pack credits, can be used only for importing a CV; every other feature needs Pro.
Pro is A$19 a month and renews automatically every month until you cancel. It includes 100 credits each billing period and every feature. Pro also has a fair-use limit on AI usage, there to prevent abuse; if you reach it, AI features pause until the start of the next calendar month (UTC); no credits are lost.
Included credits are refreshed each billing period for Pro, and each calendar month for complimentary Pro and for Free. Unused included credits do not roll over.
You can also buy a one-off pack of 50 credits for A$12. Pack credits never expire. If your Pro subscription ends, your pack credits stay on your account, but they are then subject to the same Free-plan limit.
Prices are set in Australian dollars (AUD). See section 8 for how that works at checkout.
8. Billing
Payments are processed by Stripe, and Stripe's terms apply to the payment. We do not see or store your full payment details.
Prices are set in Australian dollars. If Stripe shows the price converted into your local currency at checkout, that converted amount, shown before you pay, is what you are charged. If you pay in Australian dollars, the price shown is the total amount charged.
A Pro subscription renews automatically every month, on the same day each month, or the last day of a shorter month, and your payment method is charged each time until you cancel. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it; if the payment still cannot be collected, your Pro access may end.
We will only change a price with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal, and the new price applies from the next billing period.
9. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time in the billing portal: open Account, then choose Manage subscription (or Billing portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep Pro until then, and you are not charged again.
10. Refunds
We do not refund part of a billing period or unused credits, for a subscription or for a credit pack, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires it (for example where there is a major failure with the service), or as sections 13 and 16 say.
If a payment for a credit pack is refunded in full or charged back, we remove up to that pack's credits from your unspent purchased credits. Credits you have already used are not taken back. A chargeback is a payment your bank reverses at your request. When a credit pack's payment is disputed, we remove up to that pack's unspent credits; if the dispute is resolved in our favour, we restore them; a dispute about a subscription payment does not change your plan by itself.
To ask for a refund, email support@hajir.pro and tell us which payment it is about.
11. Trials and complimentary access
We may give you Pro access for a set time, or without an end date, with no payment. No card is needed for it. It ends on the date we told you, and we may end it earlier by telling you; a complimentary plan without an end date continues until we tell you otherwise. Nothing is charged when it ends: you do not need to do anything. If you then want Pro, you can subscribe yourself.
12. Availability and changes to the service
Subject to section 14 and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we provide the service as it is. It may be unavailable or contain errors. We may change its features. A change that reduces what paying users get takes effect no earlier than 30 days after we email paying users (see section 16); other changes, such as new features, take effect when we make them.
13. Ending your use
You can stop using the service at any time. To have your account and data deleted, email support@hajir.pro; there is no self-serve delete yet. Cancel any subscription first, as in section 9.
We may suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, with notice where reasonable. If we close your account when it is not your fault, or we discontinue the service, we will refund the unspent credits from any pack. What we keep and for how long is explained in the Privacy Policy.
14. Liability
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to receive a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the guarantees. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees or any other right you have that the law does not allow to be limited. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any employment outcome, such as an application that is rejected.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in Australia.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. A material change to them, or a reduction in what paying users get, takes effect no earlier than 30 days after we email paying users and after posting the change on this page. If you object, you can cancel your subscription or close your account before then, and ask for a refund of your unspent pack credits.
Other changes, such as clarifications or new features, take effect when posted. The date at the top of this page is the date of the latest version.
